Contact Form 7

With WP Client Reports Pro, you can add a new section to your report that gives you and your client statistics about the forms on their website. The plugin tracks daily views and for each form on your site so that you can get an accurate picture of the conversion rate within a period of time and how they are performing.

Contact Form 7 is a popular free plugin for creating forms on your website. The plugin by itself does not store Form submissions.

WP Client Reports Pro requires another plugin to track form submissions. This can be either Contact Form 7 Database Addon or Flamingo. Without one of these, the reporting functionality will not be active.

There is no set up needed once you have the plugin installed, activated, and enabled in the Client Report Settings.
