The Development Process
All of our projects being with an information gathering stage during which time the foundations for the project are identified. An initial consultation takes place to discuss in broad terms the client’s goals. From the findings at this meeting we undertake a research process that involves looking at the organization’s current site, communications activities and processes and comparing that to the intentions for the new site. As well, we look into similar websites and implementation strategies for the features that the new site will employ. These activities result in a detailed Statement of Work which outlines the roles, responsibilities and intentions for the new site.
